Terms of Service

Last updated 18 June 2026

This is a starter draft for the private beta and waitlist. It will be reviewed with a lawyer before public launch.

The basics

These terms cover your use of LucinOS, provided by Dmytro Bodlev, a private entrepreneur (ФОП) in Ukraine. By using LucinOS, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use LucinOS. During the private beta, access is by invitation.

Your data is yours

You own the life data you put into LucinOS. You grant me only the permission needed to run the service for you — storing it, processing it, and generating Lucian’s responses. You can export or delete it at any time.

Plans and payment

The core system is free. Premium is $10/month or $84/year, billed through Lemon Squeezy. Premium includes a 14-day refund window. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no breaking the law, no attacking the infrastructure, no attempting to access other people’s data. I may suspend accounts that do.

Lucian and AI

Lucian reflects and suggests — it is not a therapist, doctor, or financial advisor, and its output can be wrong. Use your own judgment, especially for health, legal, or financial decisions.

Beta software

During the beta, things may change or break. LucinOS is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the extent the law allows. I’ll do my best to keep your data safe and the service running.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you’re an EU consumer, you keep the protections of your local law. Questions: privacy@lucinos.app.
